With a beautiful, user-friendly interface that offers vast customization features, your business is now super-powered and have tools only available to you as a Tina Maids franchisee.

Our software is exclusively developed in-house and is not offered to any other cleaning company. We are always releasing new tools and updates to ensure that you are always a step ahead of the competition.

Manage Your Calendar

It was never this easy to run your cleaning operation! Access your calendar from anywhere. View available dates and times, book jobs, view job details, payment methods, requests and much more. Communicate with your maids in real time and make sure your entire team is in sync with your customer's requests and feedback.

Our system will automatically send customers reminders about upcoming cleaning appointments via SMS and E-Mail.

Manage all of your appointments and assign jobs to maids based on availability, location and schedule. You are always in full control of your cleaning operation, jobs and staff members.

Charge Customers Automatically

Your customers are charged automatically once maids finish a job. Our system charges your customers, sends out an invoice and a request for a review.

Your customers can also pay using cash or check and you or your staff can easily record a payment using our intuitive billing system.

Staff Management And Access

Manage your entire workforce, all from 1 place. Add a new maid or edit existing accounts, terminate accounts, suspend accounts and keep a database of information up to date and ready for when you need.

You can manage your staff's scheduling for the day, the entire week or for the entire month. Your staff members will receive daily reminders about their schedule and can access and view their calendar via our mobile app or the web.

Customer Access

Our Tina Maids Customer App lets your customers control their  account, request services, view invoices and estimates, contact your maids and much more. If someone downloads the app and they are not a customer yet, they can use our app to request a free quote/estimate and get a price in minutes! Our sales staff members will then pass this lead/customer to you and assign to your account.

Staff Access

The Tina Maids Staff app is a dedicated companion app for your staff, team members and Tina Maids location owners/management. Access your account and tools such as:

When your maids arrive at a customer's home, they check-in to the job using our app. They will then perform the work and once finished, your maid will check-out of the job, complete our quality control checklist and proceed to the next job.

Our website is always working for you, even when you're not. Your location will have its own web presence and a fully optimized lead generation web page, professionally managed by our marketing team.

Our Story

Tina Maids is a provider of home and business cleaning services in the United States. Tina Maids was founded by William and Christina Geronco, husband and wife. While on the search for a cleaning company to service their own home, they quickly realized how outdated the home cleaning business actually was.

William, with a background in computer programming and marketing, and Christina with years of business management experience, decided to start their own cleaning company in a attempt to fix all the things they noticed were lacking from the current standard home cleaning industry.
